GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
Achieve your health and wellness goals with a wide variety of options at the Y. Choose from low-impact exercise, strength training, indoor cycling, yoga and aquatics to find the perfect fit for you.
PERSONAL TRAINING
The YMCA Personal Training Program supports you, no matter your health or wellness goals. With a personal trainer's expert guidance and motivation, you will be on your way to success. Each trainer at the YMCA is deeply committed to you and passionate about ensuring you receive the support you need to reach your goals.
SPECIALTY GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
The YMCA offers a variety of Healthy Living Specialty Classes designed to support overall wellness, recovery and personal growth. Specialty offerings may include boot camp-style fitness programs, sound baths and restorative yoga/meditation, providing options for both high-energy workouts and mindful relaxation.
The YMCA thoughtfully designs these classes to assist participants in strengthening their bodies, reducing stress and resetting their routines within a supportive environment.

YMCA 360
YMCA 360 is the Y's on-demand video platform, offering a wide variety of fitness, wellness and youth programs. As a member benefit, it allows you to access live and on-demand classes from home or on the go. You will find everything from group exercise and yoga to youth sports training, available anytime anywhere.
FITNESS CONSULTATION
SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION
As a membership benefit, you can schedule a free fitness consultation with a certified trainer to jumpstart your journey. This session features a movement and fitness assessment, personalized training frequency recommendations and expert answers to your questions. It is the perfect starting point for beginners, those returning to the gym, or anyone looking for a tailored plan to achieve weight loss and strength goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small groups consist of 3-8 members, once or twice a week with a trainer. This is a paid program that requires an active YMCA membership. This cost is additional to your monthly dues.
YMCA GYMNASIUM PROGRAMS
Whether you are looking to stay active, improve skills or spend quality time with family and friends, we offer a variety of court-based activities like basketball, volleyball and pickleball to meet your needs.
