CANCELLATION POLICY (All Reservations): 

  1. If members do not cancel within 2 hours and cannot attend the class or time slot, that will be considered a no-show. 
  2. You are only allowed 3 no-shows within a 14-day period. If you have 3 no-shows, your reservation account will be suspended from booking any further class reservations for 14 days. (The fitness facility, pool, non-reservation classes and walk-ups are still available.)
  3.  After the 14-day suspension from booking reservations, your account will reset and your late no-show record will start over. 
  4. We understand that there may be a morning that you wake up and are unable to make your class/time slot. If your class starts in less than 2 hours, it counts as a no-show. 
  5. Once a class reservation window has closed (2 hours prior to the start of class), no staff member is permitted to manually add or remove members from the class roster. This ensures fairness and prevents movement of members within the 2-hour window. 
  6. Walk-ups are permitted if space allows, prioritizing waitlist members.

  1. Bring your membership card/key tag (or your phone if your membership barcode is on your app) 
  2. We value the experience of every member and aim to minimize disruptions once a class has begun. Please plan to be in the studio by the class start time. For the safety and courtesy of the group, 
    1. At our Simi Valley location, prompt arrival is required, as late entry is not permitted. 
    2. At the Yarrow Family location, a 5-minute grace period is observed. 
  3. Sneaking in a full class after it has begun will NOT be tolerated. You will be asked to leave for the day. It is a safety hazard to go over the allotted number of participants in the room. 
  4. Bring your own water bottle, mat and towel. (The Y does have mats available for use.) 
  5. Facility members can book 49 hours prior to the start of the class. If the class you wish to take is full, you can be put on the wait list. 
  6. If a spot opens up, you will be added in as you are placed on the waitlist. 
  7. As a courtesy, please be mindful of your space and equipment so that all participants are able to have room as well for their workout. 
  8. There are no saving spots for other members at any time. Because our class schedule is so full, we have a quick turnaround time between classes. Please be respectful and exit the studios once your class is over as quickly as possible to make way for the next class. We understand it is extremely frustrating to not be able to get into your favorite classes at times and we are always trying to resolve these issues.
