This class guides you through various techniques—such as focused breathing, visualization and body scans—to help quiet the mind and improve emotional well-being. Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, it offers a quiet space to develop the tools for a more balanced and intentional life.

Nurture your body and mind with this gentle, slow-paced practice. Restorative Yoga focuses on long-held, supported poses using props like bolsters, blankets and blocks to allow the muscles to relax deeply. By emphasizing stillness and breath, this class helps calm the nervous system, improve flexibility and provide a much-needed reset from the demands of daily life.

Experience deep relaxation and mental clarity in this immersive auditory journey. Participants lie in a comfortable position while being "bathed" in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and other melodic instruments. It is a meditative practice that helps lower stress, balance your energy and promote a profound sense of peace. No movement is required—just an open mind.

This program is designed to support members of all abilities in building sustainable fitness and nutrition habits through guided workouts, accountability and YMCA community support.
